Exchanges and Refunds

Final sale and no refunds
All completed VSSSN sales are final and non-refundable. VSSSN does not provide money refunds or store-credit refunds.
Exchange options
Exchanges have no time limit. An eligible item may be exchanged for an available:
- different size of the same item;
- different color of the same item; or
- different item whose current unit price is exactly the same as the original order item's recorded unit price.
What is required
Please provide the original order information so VSSSN can locate the exact original order line. Replacement items depend on current stock availability. A different-price item cannot be substituted: a more expensive item cannot be exchanged with a balance payment, and a cheaper item does not create money or store credit.
Arrange an exchange
Contact VSSSN or visit the store to arrange the exchange. Staff may record an inspection note, but there is no exchange deadline.
