Orders and availability

An order is accepted only after payment is confirmed and VSSSN can reconcile the order with available stock. Product appearance may vary slightly by display, but the selected product, size, color, quantity, and server-confirmed price control the order.

Final sale; exchange only

Completed sales are final and non-refundable. No money or store-credit refunds are provided. Eligible exchanges have no time limit and are limited to available sizes, colors, or another available item at exactly the same authoritative unit price. Read the full Exchanges and Refunds policy.

Payment and delivery

Do not submit payment repeatedly while a transaction is pending. Delivery timing is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline, and may depend on destination, courier availability, and successful customer contact.

Acceptable use

You must provide accurate order and delivery information and must not attempt to interfere with checkout, inventory, authentication, or another customer's order.
